24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, he or she prevents another patient from receiving care. Sleep Lab for Children and Adults reserves the right to charge a fee of $250.00 for all appointments not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
"No Show" fees will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid prior to any appointments thereafter. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
